Machine setup, leveling, anchoring and analytical inspection
When you get a new machine, move facilities or just need to meet safety compliance, we can get your machinery level with our super precision leveling equipment, get it anchored to the ground correctly and let you know how analytically sound it is. Shop floors are almost never flat or level and without proper leveling and anchoring, your machine may not be producing its most accurate parts. We can help.
Sheetmetal Shears, press brakes, ironworkers, hydraulic presses
These machines are often run from open til' close and need proper maintenance. We can flip the knives in your shear, or if needed, sharpen them so you have new edges. We can square and calibrate the back gauge on your shear or press brake so your cuts are accurate. We can also change the hydraulic fluid and clean the system in your hydraulic, shear, brake or press. This is often overlooked and is an important part of the maintenance on these machines. We have lubricant suppliers that we work with and can get good pricing on the hydraulic oil for your machine.
